Thanks for your interest! The strawberry bib is cotton on one side, and corduroy on the other side. The big dots bib is cotton on both sides. If you are concerned about liquids soaking through, then you don't need to worry. Candy has put a layer of absorbent batting between the front and back fabric to soak up any spills. Thus, the bibs are not like those thin cotton or terry cloth ones that you see in some department stores.
